The TRUSTLE Effect© framework was born out of necessity for a mentoring manager that never arrived. She could see the problem, innovate the strategy to solve it, and was still met with resistance stuck in positions powerless to execute. She began designing the development protocol while serving as the brand ambassador and multi-unit trainer for Subway in Chattanooga, TN. While in that position, she began testing different pieces and trouble-shooting. During her time in the nursing homes and hospitals in the Chattanooga area, she discovered the lack of encouragement among patients & colleagues alike was large factor in the satisfaction of both parties. Serving as VP of Strategic Operations for Diamondback Stringworks, sustaining the trust between stakeholders became the pivotal factor in the framework. Since it’s conception as a complete framework, Destiny has implemented the entire protocol at well-known brands such as: Freddy’s, Jack’s, Papa John’s, & Wendy’s with an astonishing 95% success rate in: reducing staff turnover well below the industry average [110%], up to 40% increase in customer satisfaction and brand loyalty sustaining repeat revenue, and a staggering 50% average increase in profit margins.
